One of the main reasons I joined 3|SHARE way back in 2016 was because of the fantastic culture we have all collectively managed to develop together over the years.

Connecting with each other is a critical part of our culture and one of the reasons that, as a company, we take five days every year to vacation together in an exotic location like Mexico and Hawaii. These adventures take us beyond being just co-workers to a level of true friendship.

We do a similar exercise as a management team. We spend three days to reflect on what makes 3|SHARE special and how can we make it even better for all of us. The result is always a program that reduces company pain points, reinforces our unique culture, and paves the way for even greater collective achievements.

I am very proud to be a part of a team that excels at what it does. When you focus on what's right for the people, support their lifestyle,  personal lives, and career ambitions, then you quickly get to a place that's right for our clients and business. This is definitely one of the best teams I’ve ever had the privilege to work with. We make each other better.
