Creating seamless connections between Sanity Media Library and Adobe Workfront

An asset begins its life in Workfront, and once it’s proofed, reviewed, and approved from within Workfront, it can be sent to Sanity Media Library - ready for distribution across channels.

Along with the asset itself, any important metadata stored in Workfront, such as copyright information, license restrictions, expiration dates, and usage guidelines, can be pushed to Sanity.

This ensures that every asset in the Sanity Media Library carries the correct, up-to-date properties set during the approval process. This creates a closed loop where both content and its context flow smoothly between creation, review, approval, and publication.

If you prefer to have Sanity as your original source of an asset, the plugin also supports picking Sanity Media Library assets right from within Workfront.
